If you currently do not wish to use SWAG, it is recommended to keep your account and password safe and simply log out temporarily.
If you still want to delete your SWAG account, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to the desired account using the web version: https://swag.live/settings
- Click on the account avatar at the bottom right of the page and select "Settings" from the menu.
- In the "Manage Personal Information" section, click on "Account" to access the following functions: "Advanced Management" -> "Delete Account".
- Enter the SWAG ID you wish to delete.
⚠️ Reminder:
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is successfully deleted, you will never be able to recover the account, log in, or view your previous account history.
- All payment viewing records and remaining diamonds associated with the account will be forfeited automatically. Your chat rooms will also be deleted (content will be retained on the broadcaster's end).
- After a successful account deletion, SWAG will continue to retain relevant data for financial auditing purposes.
- In certain circumstances, SWAG reserves the right to reject future account applications.
