- Your SWAG ID.
- The ID of the broadcaster involved.
- Screenshots of the conversation or any relevant reference materials.
Click on the "Online Customer Service" in the bottom right corner to file a complaint. The review process takes several working days, and after the investigation is complete, a representative will proactively contact you.
