Due to unpredictable online schedules or a high volume of messages, creators may not be able to respond promptly. If you haven't received a response from a creator within three days, we recommend being patient and waiting a bit longer.
If it has been more than three days and you still haven't received a reply to your private message, please make a note of both your and the creator's SWAG IDs and take screenshots of the relevant conversations. Then, go to the settings menu and click on "Contact Customer Service/Report Violations" to send an email.
Our staff will investigate the matter during regular business hours from Monday to Friday. Please remember to provide your SWAG ID, the creator's ID, and any relevant screenshots (including gift exchanges or screenshots of event announcements) for reference. Once the investigation is completed, we will proactively reach out to you.
