If you encounter difficulties watching the live stream on your device, please first check the following points:
- Click on the personal profile menu > Refresh button.
- Enable and disable the power-saving mode on your mobile phone.
- Check if the internet connection speed is normal.
- Using Apple iOS phone: Please use Safari or Chrome browser.
- Using Android phone: Please use Chrome browser and not use incognito or private browsing.
Basic troubleshooting for computer (Windows Chrome):
- Clear all browser cookies.
- Open Chrome on your computer. Click on the "More" icon located at the top-right corner. Click on the "Settings" icon.
- Click on "Privacy and security" and then select "Cookies and other site data".
- Click on "See all cookies and site data" and then proceed to click on "Clear all data".
- Click on "Clear" to confirm the action.

Android Chrome
Open the Chrome app on your Android phone or tablet. Go to the website where you want to clear cookies. Tap on the "More" icon (three dots) on the right side of the address bar. Then tap on the "Info" icon (i) and select "Cookies". Next to the number of cookies in use, tap on the "Delete" icon.
