Click on the creator's SWAG ID located in the top left corner of the live stream, story, or video.

Once you enter the creator's profile page, click on "Messages."

You can now start a private conversation with the desired creator.
⚠️ Attention:
Each creator has different chat diamond settings. You can click on the chat box below the third icon to confirm the chat diamond setting of the creator. Each reply will deduct the chat diamonds set by the creator for that specific interaction.
If you encounter issues with sending messages, it could be due to the following reasons:
1. Insufficient diamond balance
2. Being blocked by the broadcaster
