If there is no new interaction between both parties for more than four months (120 days), the conversation will be hidden from the list.
However, in the following case, the chat room will not appear in the chat room list:

You can view the chat history through the "Messages" section on the creator's profile page if this occurs. If you wish to return the conversation to the chat room list, engage with the creator again (send a message or a small gift).
