Why is there no sound in the video/story?

The sound in videos and stories is mute by default. To enable the sound (as shown in the image), you need to click on the speaker icon.

There could be three main reasons why a video has no sound. Please check each of the following:

1. If the post itself is a photo, there won't be any sound as photos are static images.
2. For videos that require diamond payment to watch, you need to complete the payment first to enable the sound function.
3. If the video has been paid for or is a free diamond video, please click on the "speaker" icon on the screen (as shown in the image) to unmute the default mute and enable the sound.
