- If you have added SWAG to your home screen as a shortcut and the app version is not current, please click the refresh button at the bottom of the menu page.
- You may have logged in with a different account (please confirm with online customer service).
- If you are using a browser other than Chrome or Safari (iPhone), it may cause the unlocked content to disappear.
- If you use an Android phone, please do not use incognito mode (private browsing).
